Our Purpose as Alumnae
Our purpose is to provide sisterhood connections to our alumnae members while embracing the values of personal growth, loyalty, service and friendship. Together, we "Live With Heart"!
Sigma Kappa is not four years, it's for life and we encourage our sisters to continue their connections through our paired alumnae chapter after college.
Founded in 1948, the Riverside County Alumnae Chapter (RCAC) welcomes any alumnae to join and be involved throughout their lifetime. They are always looking for Sigma Kappa H.E.R.O.S. - Helping Everyone Recognize Our Sisterhood to mentor and connect with our collegian sisters.
Most recently, RCAC received awards and an honorable mention at the 2018 National Sigma Kappa Convention in Jacksonville, Florida for their work and efforts with Theta Epsilon and positive public relations.
- Patricia Carlin Smith Award - Recognizes an alumnae chapter that has worked beyond the call of duty for or with collegians. (AWARDED)
